Another great time at El Tiesto. Alexa was superb. Very attentive and friendly. Have a great variety of food. I love La Tóxica It has a kick to it. Ordered the pitcher of mojito. If they ask you if you want “Bacardi” you will see an additional $10 charge on your bill. I wasn’t aware there were options. Only negative as I wasn’t told there was an upcharge when ordered

We recently visited this restaurant while in Fort Lauderdale. Before going inside, I did notice some trash along the sidewalk, which honestly gave me a bit of a bad first impression. Thankfully, the experience improved once we sat down. The drinks were very good, the sushi was fresh and delicious, and the rest of the food was excellent as well. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back again. While I personally might not choose it for a special occasion, it's still a great spot for a casual meal with good food and drinks. Hopefully, the outside area can be kept a little cleaner because the food itself was worth the visit.

Great vibes and excellent food blending Hispanic tastes with Japanese ones. It was really busy and service could've been a bit better. I had the calamari appetize, which was no different than anywhere else. My entree was the Sabroso Roll, which was excellent and I'd never had sushi before. Will definitely go back next time I'm in S.FL.

El Tiesto in Fort Lauderdale is a must-visit! My friends and I had such a great experience here. We ordered a variety of dishes—from the Omaiga to the chicharrones and tequeños—and everything was full of flavor and perfectly made. The entrees were just as impressive and left us wanting to come back to try more. On top of the amazing food & drinks, the service was attentive and friendly, and the vibe of the restaurant made the whole day so much fun. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Dominican food and an awesome atmosphere!
